Quality Management is the process in which the various activities and processes in the school are subjected to a systematic analysis to determine against set criteria the extent to which quality is being delivered through these activities and processes.

Each year, the Quality Management Committee has examined an aspect of the school and producted a report for the school executives and the Council, containing the Committee's findings and recommendations. Addressing these findings then allows for specific improvements to be made.
