In 2015 we piloted “The Extra Term Initiative” with the objective of a family or friend of Bishops paying an extra term’s school fees for a boy from a less privileged background.

Thanks to the generosity of several parents, this initiative enabled us to enroll eight boys in 2016. With the assistance of parents, ODs, and corporates, we aim to finance bursaries for ten additional boys each year.

The Bishops Trust is a registered PBO and provides Section 18A tax exemption certificates for donations.

As a bursary is a personal gift, mentorship opportunities are offered with the beneficiary, with guidelines set during a meeting at the school.

The fees for 2016 are as follows:
